As the Cody Police Department shifts toward Community Oriented Policing, we focus on programs to further the communities understanding of crime in our community and ways in which both law enforcement and the citizens can work together to better the quality of life in Cody. 

Some of these programs are the Citizens Academy, Residential Security, which includes Neighborhood Watch, house checks, Operation ID and Crime Stoppers, a Ride a Long Program, and a Speakers Bureau covering a variety of topics.
