Perry Rockvam has been with the Cody Police Department since 1995 and has been the Chief of Police Since May of 2004. Perry oversees the department as a whole, working closely with City Hall to assure that the good of the City of Cody is of priority with the Police Department. Steven Penwell was appointed Assistant Chief under Perry in May of 2004. He oversees the patrol division, Community Service Officers and the K9 unit. He is also responsible for the training of the police department. Jolene Brakke, the departments Administrative Assistant, is responsible for the secretarial work of the department, records maintenance and maintenance of the State Uniform Crime Reporting System. She is one of the receptionists who assists the public with their requests and calls. Verna Devries assists Jolene and works half days. The Administrative Staff strives to provide high quality and responsive service guided by the values of honest and ethical behavior and to give our best in pride and dedication. |
