The Cody Police Departments administrative division includes Chief Perry Rockvam, Assistant Chief Steven Penwell,  Administrative Assistant Jolene Brakke and a part time secretary Verna Devries, who helps out from City Hall. The Patrol division includes three Sergeants and eleven Patrol Officers. The officers rotate through three shifts for a twenty four hour coverage of the city. 

Our Community Resource Officer, Rayna Wortham, not only takes care of the animal control for the city, but also takes care of the nuisance complaints and abandoned vehicles.
